Safety&Security:

  • The operator have a Permit /License – Licensed under an Air Operator Permit (AOP) as issued by the ministry of Civil Aviation Directorate General of Civil Aviation Government of India. They are Certified Air Craft Maintenance Organization and Continuing Airworthiness Organization (CAMD)
  • Pilot- All the pilots have thousand of hours flying experience. The operator comprises the internationally licensed Balloon Pilot from USA, Europe, Australia and India.
  • Equipment’s- All Hot Air Balloons are imported from Cameron Balloons approved facility to ensure they remain in perfect working order. Cameron Balloons are the most experienced and largest manufacture of hot air balloon in the world.

Passenger Fitness for Hot Air Balloon Ride

  • We require all passengers to have a basic level of general health and physical well-being, this includes:
  • No recent surgery.
  • No known significant hip, knee, neck or back problems.
  • No recently broken bones.
  • Not currently pregnant.
  • Ability to stand for at least 1 hour without rest.
  • Must be at least 5 years of age.
  • Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of flight.

Website & Online Terms

  • It is our intention that all the terms of the contract between us are contained in these Terms and Conditions and in the brochures and associated documents issued by us. These are our standard Terms and Conditions .Product services sold under special offers may have variations to these Terms and Conditions and any such variations will be published with such vouchers.

PRICES

  • Fares may differ according to location of the flight and type of flight. All prices quoted by the Charter For Sure will be exclusive GST, or mutually agreed. A peak season surcharge may apply on certain dates and peak seasons or weekends and public holidays, final price will be given based on the date of flight selected.

Cancelled Flights

  • Passengers who have their flight cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions will receive a FULL REFUND except Booking / detention charge.
  • With excellent flying conditions at all of our locations, we typically experience less than 8% of total flights being cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions on the day of the flight

Way of cancellation

  • Cancellations must be received in writing, and the date of receipt will be taken as the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made by local cheque, fund transfer or bank draft. Bank charges at actual.

Alterations &Cancellation Policy for Jaipur and other locations

  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer or agent, more than 25 days before the day of the flight, no retention charge will be levied.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer or agent between25 days and 15 day prior to the day of the flight, Charter For Sure reserves the right to charge 35% of the total invoice as retention.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer or agent within 15 Day of the day of the flight, Charter For Sure reserves the right to charge 60% of the invoice as retention.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer or agent within 120 hours of the day of the flight, Charter For Sure reserves the right to charge 100% of the invoice as retention.
  • We offer full refund accept booking charges for all cancellations that happen due to unsuitable weather conditions, operational and regulatory issues with the option to reschedule the booking for an alternative date of flight.
  • No refunds are offered for cancellations due to non-appearance/non availability of the booked passenger on the date of the flight as per the stipulated reporting time.
  • Bookings can only be postponed to a date within 72 hours of the original booking date, otherwise it would be treated as a cancellation as per the above guidelines.
  • Charter For Sure would like to make special mention that Hot Air Ballooning is an activity that is weather dependent. Hot Air balloon pilots and operational personnel reserve the right of final decision if a flight can be conducted on any given day due to environmental or operational conditions not being safe and/or secure.

Alterations &Cancellation Policy for Goa

 

  • In the unfortunate event you should have to alter or cancel your booking certain fees & conditions apply:

INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS OF LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE-
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL AND RECEIVE A REFUND:
– Within 03 days of the flight you will not receive a refund.
– Between 04- 08 days prior to the flight, a 60% per person cancellation fee will be applicable.
– Between 08 -17 days prior to the flight, a 35% per person cancellation fee will be applicable.
-With more than 17days’ notice, you will receive full refund except booking charges. 

IF YOU WISH TO ALTER YOUR FLIGHT BOOKING
– NO changes are permitted within the 03 days prior to your flight.
– A 35% per person rebooking fee will be charged for flight date alterations prior to 03 days before the flight.

CORPORATE GROUPS AND GROUP BOOKINGS OF 10 OR MORE PEOPLE-
IF YOU WISH TO ALTER YOUR BOOKING OR CANCEL SOME OR ALL PASSENGERS ON YOUR BOOKING AND RECEIVE A REFUND:

  • Within 16 days of the flight you will not receive a refund. Changes to date will not be accepted.
  • Between 16 days and 25 days prior to a flight, a 60% per person cancellation fee will be deducted from your amount. Same 50% fee will apply to change of date.
  • With more than 25days’ notice of a flight, changes to date or passenger numbers can be made but for cancellation of entire booking a Rs. 6,000 per booking fee will be deducted from your amount.
  • Charter For Sure reserves the right to amend these fees and notice periods.

     

CUSTOMIZED EVENTS/PACKAGES – 

  • They have separate cancellation, alteration & refund conditions which will be emailed to you prior to booking. Usually 60% cancellation applies once the booking is cancelled.

                              

FAILURETOSHOW

  • You will lose the full cost of your flight if you fail to show for your flight no matter what the reason. No refunds or flight rescheduling are allowed. You may send someone else in your place if you wish but subject to the 500 Rs charges on every passenger. Please let us know the name of the replacement person before the flight. 

Charter For Sure obligations to the customer:

  • The booking will entitle you to participate in a hot air balloon flight experience at a particular date including
  • The preparation and inflation of the balloon for flight A flight in a hot air balloon
    A commemorative certificate signed by the pilot/Engineer The recovery of the balloon at the end of the flight
  • Hot Air balloon flights are completely dependent upon weather and are regulated by the Indian Aircraft Rules& Civil Aviation Requirements, It may be necessary to postpone a flight at any time if in our judgment the conditions are not safe or the flight would not be permitted under the Indian Aircraft Rules. We will give you as much warning as operational procedures allows of any postponement but in order to ensure your safety we reserve the right to postpone a flight at any time up to the moment of launch.
  • It is intended that the balloon will be in the air for approximately 1 hour but the pilot has ultimate responsibility for deciding the duration and conduct of any flight and the appropriate time and place of any landing. We cannot guarantee that a flight will follow any particular direction.
  • Hot Air Balloon operator carry limited insurance cover against the risk of any injury to passengers and their belongings during the course of their flights in accordance with international agreements covering such flights. The level of cover varies from time to time as a result of currency fluctuations and you may not consider it adequate. We can provide further details upon request and if you do not consider the amount of insurance cover would be adequate to compensate you for any loss whether for death personal injury or damage to your belongings you should take out your own additional cover. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment and personal effects including clothing brought with you on the flight nor for death or personal injury above the level of our insurance cover unless it has been caused by our recklessness.
  • We do not accept liability for any costs or expenses you incur if we have to postpone any flight, where the reason for the postponement is beyond our control.
  • We cannot supervise vehicles parked at the meeting point for a flight and vehicles and their contents are left at your risk and no liability is accepted for any loss or damage to your vehicle or contents unless it is due to our negligence.

Your obligations to us:

  • We are not qualified to express an opinion confirming that you are fit to fly and you must ensure that you are fit to fly.
  • You must not fly if you are suffering from any serious medical condition, or have recently undergone surgery unless you have a certificate of your fitness to fly from your doctor.
  • You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of drink or drugs.
  • Our paramount consideration is for your safety and the safety of others participating in the flight and you must obey all requests and instructions issued by any of our representatives and take particular care to abide by any safety instructions given.
  • The pilot has complete discretion as to whether to allow you to take part in the flight and will refuse to allow you to do so if in his opinion you would be a risk to the balloon to other passengers or to yourself.
  • We will not fly children under the age of 5 years. A child under the age of 14 years will only be flown if accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • You should wear such appropriate clothing as is advised to you in advance of the flight.
  • Do not wear valuable clothes and shoes as sometimes deposits from the burners can cause staining on light colored clothing.
  • We often land in areas that require sports shoes.
  • On occasions we may be required to move launch sites on the day of your flight, this move will only be due to adverse wind directions, so as to achieve the flight safely and within the rules of the Air Law.

Passenger Liability Insurance:

  • Every passenger is comprehensively insured by the Hot Air Balloon Operator as per international aviation standards. It is the sole responsibility of the Hot Air Balloon Operator or Customer to maintain liability insurance coverage. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator. In the unfortunate event of death to a passenger, or any bodily injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the all liability will be come to the Hot Air Balloon Operator or the customer/Clint.
  • Neither charter for sure  nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy performance, Services, timeliness completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website or other promotion source which relates to the “charter for Sure” for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Gov. of India, the same would be charged as extra. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator.
  • Charter For Sure encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items. In case of lost items during the journey, Operator will try to locate the items on their best-efforts but is not responsible for the same in case or loss or damage to the same.

Check in & Check out- Check – in: 11:30 AM & Check – out 09:00 AM it may vary from provider to Provider. Early arrival is subject to availability. For a guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the night before. Late check-outs are available on request but are subject to availability/payment. We can always make a request for an early check-in or a late checkout if required, but we do not guarantee it, which is entirely dependent on the houseboat policies, time of the year and the availability of the room.

Child Policy Children below 05 years will be accommodated on complimentary basis without an extra bed and food sharing with parents. Children between 05 – 12 years subject to a maximum of two per Room sharing with parents. Only one person above 12 years will be allowed in a double sharing room.

Charter for sure provide only good quality service Houseboats. 

 

The houseboat has an open cruise area; the entire constructions are with natural leaves, Coir, Bamboo and Wooden furniture.

 

Smoking is not permitted inside the Houseboat.

 

No Pets. No Firearms are permitted on the boats.

Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.

Serving Soft drinks invite additional cost as per. standard prices.

Please cooperate with the staff so that they can serve you better.

Do take care of your belongings and baggage before you leave the houseboat.

The number of people on the boat must not exceed the number of berths allowed for under the NSW Maritime Services Board regulations. A child over the age of 12 months is counted as one person.

 

Mosquitoes and flies (insects) in the backwaters is a natural partner to the human beings. The presence of mosquitoes, flies, small insects cannot be 100% eliminated as excessive usage of poison gasses, sprays will be hazardous for the guests and the crew, but a permitted servicing and usage is done to reduce the presence of the flies and insects to the lowest.

 

The AC facilities in Houseboat are on Generator supply at day time for Premium and above category and do not have the efficiency of a unit running on direct electricity. For night time the A/C works on direct electricity, but the voltage will be less between 8 PM to 10 PM due to the heavy load used by all the houseboats parked and the houses around that area. So the cooling will be less at that time. Please understand the limitations. Also, the turbo cooling and below 22 degrees cooling like normal household and hotel AC is not possible on houseboats and is same for all irrespective of category. Frequent opening of doors of the rooms running AC will increase the room temperature. If in case the AC is not working, the difference in AC and Non AC charges will be refunded.

 

 

Charter for sure will not encourage any type of discussion/arguments on the rates agreed.

 

Important notice- It is possible to cover most of the sightseeing places if you check in to the Houseboat at the right time. The cursing route will change upon the late check-in and is not possible to cover all important places.

 

Rights to amend the itinerary if required- Tour once commenced will strictly adhere to the finalized itinerary. In the case of unforeseen events and circumstances well beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the itinerary for the safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers.

 

 Day Cruise- Day Cruise in Houseboat is a memorable moment of lifetime. Seeing the endless lagoons, paddy fields, canals, villages are the overwhelming experience. Different backwater birds, and green paddy fields on the backwaters, the household activities of rural people are a naïve experience while you are on a day cruising.

Houseboat Cruises Starts at 11 AMHouseboat Cruises Ends at 5pm.However all Houseboats is not available for cruising. It may vary from houseboat to houseboat.

Cancellation Terms- Cancellation within 50 days prior to arrival date: no retention charges. However booking charged will be deduct.

Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date: 20% of total invoice including booking Charge retention of the total cost.

Cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival date: 40%total invoice including booking Charge retention of the total cost.

Cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival date: 60% total invoice including booking Charge retention of the total cost.

Cancellation within less than 10 days to arrival date 100% total invoice including booking Charge retention of the total cost.

No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.

No Refund or Compensation for Detention charges.

Online Booking- All online payments that will done for any of the available services offer booked on www.Charterforsure.in  or through booking Office are secure. ‘Charter for Sure’ does not store the credit/debit or any other payment card details of any customer in the database or in any data backup system. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred directly to the bank website. The card details are captured and used on the bank website and not in the records of “Charter for Sure”. ‘Charter for sure’ takes no responsibility, in case of any misuse of credit card/Debit card/Master Card or any mode of payment by whomsoever.

 

Complaint- If you have a problem of  e-ticketing, holiday, during tours,our booking products etc. please inform the handling agents our representative immediately who will endeavor to put things right. If you resolved locally, please follow this up after your return to home by writing to us, giving your tour details as all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we happy to assist you in your redressed of your complaint. If nay, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.

Limitation of Liability / Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the Operator or Houseboat Owner and customer to maintain liability insurance coverage. “Charter For sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure will be not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the houseboats Operator or owner. In the unfortunate event of death to a passenger, or any bodily injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the all  liability will be come on the Houseboat Operator/Company/owner or Customer or traveler.  Customer is very well accepted this condition and will be not liable to charge any claim to Charter For Sure.

All Houseboats options quotes are based the information supplied by an Operator or Owner of houseboats and Charter For Sure does not guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in the Charter Quote. Customer understands and agrees that Houseboats charter quote can change at any time prior to receiving a booking confirmation and agrees that Charter For Sure is not liable for any changes in the Houseboats charter Quote

It is expected that a reasonable behavior shall be followed by the customers / passengers while utilizing the Services offered by the Charter For Sure. It is expected that Customers do not behave in a manner which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to the crew and other staff. In the event of such an occurrence, we/are at liberty to/may take such measures as we deem necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct including restraint. You may be disembarked and refused onward carriage at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board the aircraft

Charter For Sure encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items. In case of lost items during the journey, Operator will try to locate the items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.

Terms & Conditions for Private Jets and helicopter Charter

 

Important- We require the requested information within the stipulated timelines, in order to enable us to seek the necessary permissions for the effecting of the flight.

“Charter For Sure”will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for passengers travelling without the relevant travel documents and/or, carrying any contraband items and/or, involved/indulging in any illegal activities.

If there is no flying on a particular day of a Charter, a minimum of 2 (two) hours of flying time will be charged as “Non-Flying Day Charge” and in this case, no night halt charge will be levied.

Flying hour charges include the cost of the Aircraft fuel, oil, maintenance,landing, standard in-flight meals, navigation fees and dispatch cost of the aircraft.

Domestic Flights:              

Ground handling service charges

Extension of watch hours (if applicable)

Day Detention charges are applicable after 4 hours of waiting at a destination.

Night Halt charges (if applicable)

Taxes as applicable

International Flights- IFS (International Flight clearance Service) charges: IFS charges are applicable additionally, for flights operating in the international sector. This comprises Permit Facilitation, Ground Handling, Hotel Set Up, Flight Planning, Airport Fees, 3rd Party Airport Fees, Basic Handling, Night Operation Fees, Supervision Fee, Landing Fee, Parking Fee, Towing assistance, Navigation, Security (per pax), Boarding Fee (Per pax), Ramp light (if used), Approach Fee, Follow-me, General Aviation Terminal Use, Passenger Tax, Passenger apron Tax, Passenger Departure Fee, VIP Service agent, General Aviation Terminal Use, Basic Handling, Other Handling, etc.

Crew stay (in lieu of Night Halt charges): The 3 crew members will be entitled to USD 550 per night (subject to hotel check-in and check-out times)

 

Taxes as applicable-Any additional/statutory charges levied by Airport Authority, Customs/Regulatory authorities, shall be billed.

Cancellation charges for the charter-

10% if the cancellation is done on payment confirmation.

25% if the cancellation is done before one week of the scheduled departure on the flight

60% if the cancellation is done within a one week to one day before takeoff.

100% of total Invoice value if the cancellation is done less than 36 hours prior to the scheduled departure on the flight.

Any changes/modification of ‘flight program’, requested by the customer after the commencement of the ‘flight program’ and if the same cannot be executed due to operational reasons / lapse of relevant permissions in flight sectors will be termed as ‘a last minute cancellation’ – and the cancellation clause of 100% would apply.

Other conditions-If due to sudden deterioration of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft cannot land at the Destination OR diverted due to defense services activity AND has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time and any other additional charges due to the diversion would be chargeable and balance if any, would be payable / refundable.

We do not serve alcoholic beverages on board (for flights within India) and smoking is not allowed on-board the aircraft.

Check-in time: Check-in time: For Domestic flights Check-in usually starts 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For International flights, Check-in starts 60 minutes before the schedule departure time. The aircraft doors are required to be closed 15 minutes before scheduled departure time for ATC clearance as per regulations. Certain formalities are required to be completed by the passenger at the Airport before and after being accepted by the Airline for travel. In order to complete these Check-in formalities, the passengers are requested to Check-in at the recommended timing for the Domestic/International flights respectively. In the event of delay in reporting of passengers or last minute rescheduling of the flight due to the passenger’s requirement “Charter For Sure” will put in its best efforts to accommodate the revised schedule but the same cannot be guaranteed; because of departure/arrival slots which are applicable at certain airports. Passengers, who do not report at the Boarding gate at the requested Boarding time, will not be boarded on the said flight. In the event of delays in flight due to reasons not within reasonable control of “Charter For Sure” Aviation Services, “Charter For Sure” will disclaim any liability towards the same.

 

 

The following articles can be carried free in addition to the free baggage allowance:-

An overcoat wrap or blanket

An umbrella or walking stick

A lady’s handbag or purse

A reasonable amount of reading material for the flight

Infant’s food for consumption in-flight and infant’s carrying basket

Security Regulations: According to Security Regulations, Passengers are advised:-

Not to accept any packets from unknown person.

Frisking of persons and checking of hand bags is mandatory and the guests are requested to cooperate with the staff.

Not to leave baggage unobserved at any time, especially within airport area

To declare before check in, if carrying any arms or explosive substances. Concealment is an offence under the Aircraft Act and rules.

Battery cells. dry cells carried in the hand baggage or any electronic/electrical items are liable to be removed and the Airline would not be in a position to hand over the same at the destination.

Prohibited Articles: Carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, fire arms, ammunition and their toy replicas are strictly prohibited.

Valuable Articles: Currency, precious metals, jewellery, negotiable instruments, securities, personal identification documents and other items of value are advised to be carried with the passenger in the cabin.

Restricted Articles: Medicines and toiletries in limited quantities which are necessary or appropriate for the passenger during journey, may be carried.

Dangerous Articles: Following articles will not be allowed in the Aircraft, for Safety reasons:-

Compressed Gases- deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable and poisonous such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aqualung cylinders and compressed gas cylinders.

Corrosive such as acids, alkalis, mercury / wet cell batteries and apparatus containing mercury

Explosives, ammunitions fireworks and flares

Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter refills, lighter fuels, matches, paints, thinners, fire lighters.

Radioactive materials Briefcases and attaché cases with installed alarm devices

Oxidizing materials such as bleaching powder and peroxides

Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, pesticides, weed killers and live virus materials.

Other dangerous articles such as magnetized materials, offensive or irritating materials.

Limitation of Liability for Travel:-imitation of Liability / Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the Operator or Aircraft Owner/Aircraft Company to maintain liability insurance coverage. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator. In the unfortunate event of death to a passenger, or any bodily injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating her/ him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the all  liability will be come on the Aircraft owned Operator/Company/owner. Customer is to advised to take “charter For Sure” services after accept this condition.

In the unfortunate event of death of a passenger, or any bodily injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the liability for the Carrier will be limited as per their standard policy.

Force Majeure: Charter For Sure cannot be held responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as Bad Weather, Poor Visibility, and Non – Availability of clearances from ATC / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration. Due to above reasons, if the flight cannot take off from the Originating station full amount will be refunded (except the IFS/flight Activation charges which would have been incurred). Charter For Sure will not be liable to the Client for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations in connection with the provision of the Services where any such delay or failure is caused in whole or in part by any act of terrorism, biological or chemical contamination, nuclear risks or electronic data loss, or to the extent that any such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riots, strikes.

Declaration: While we Endeavour to provide the Aircraft, we should not be held responsible for any cancellations/delay in commencement or continuation of the flight, due to technical snags or any other reasons beyond our control. Customers who are unwell or pregnant will require a medical certificate from a licensed medical practitioner certifying they are fit for air travel on a helicopter on that day. UHPL reserves the right to deny boarding to Customers who it considers to be medically unfit to travel and who do not have appropriate medical certification.

All flight quotes provided by Charter For Sure (the “Flight Quote”) are subject to aircraft availability, crew availability, and owner approval. All Flight Quotes are based the information supplied by an Operator and Charter For Sure does not guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in the Flight Quote. Customer understands and agrees that Flight Quote can change at any time prior to receiving a booking confirmation and agrees that Charter For Sure is not liable for any changes in the Flight Quote

It is expected that a reasonable behavior shall be followed by the customers / passengers while utilizing the Services offered by the Charter For Sure. It is expected that Customers do not behave in a manner which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to the crew. In the event of such an occurrence, we/are at liberty to/may take such measures as we deem necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct including restraint. You may be disembarked and refused onward carriage at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board the aircraft

Charter For Sure encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items. In case of lost items during the journey, Operator will try to locate the items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.

All the calls made to the CC are might be recorded for quality and internal training purposes.

It is expected that the customers/ passengers while utilizing the services offered by Charter For Sure adhere to reasonable conduct and Charter For Sure reserves the right to deny boarding to consumer/passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or display any type of misbehavior which may not be deemed safe and suitable for travel.

In the event wherein your conduct or the conduct of your guest endangers the aircraft or any passenger or property while on board, or you obstruct or hinder the crew in the performance of their duties, or fail to comply with any instruction of the crew, including but not limited to, those with respect to smoking in any form, drugs, alcohol, or use any threatening, abusive or insulting words towards the crew or behave in a manner which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to the crew, Charter For Sure  reserves the right to take such measures as they deem necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct including restraint. You may be disembarked and refused onward carriage at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board the aircraft by Charter For Sure or any statutory organization as may be permitted for the law in force for the time being.

In the event of any damage to the aircraft interior and or exterior due to an act of the customer/passenger, Charter For Sure shall have the complete right to levy applicable charges for restoring the damaged part at actuals Charter For Sure may debit all flight expenses and other charges incurred by you, including costs of damage to aircraft caused by you or your guests.  

The passengers are discouraged from bringing inside the aircraft pets, any form of heavy or bigger dimension cargo, alcohol and other related products, non-vegetarian food items, tobacco cigars and other such related products. Passengers are also prohibited from unlawfully filming any part of the cabin of the aircraft or using any of the recording or filming devices.

Charter For Sure shall not be responsible for any damage to your bags that take place during security inspections

Some destinations may require operator to take special permission to be landed on the airfields, the same shall be subject to approval of the authorities and may result in additional cost to procure the same or cancellation of the booking on non-receipt of the same.

Post booking, Charter For Sure shall capture your meal preference and passenger shall have to submit their identification documents and in case of foreigner copies of VISA and Passport.

  5. Charter For Sure reserves the right to refuse service to any customer upon Company’s suspicion or belief that information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient. Such refusal of service is at Charter For Sure’s sole discretion. Our maximum liability for refusal of service is limited to the amount of the fee paid to and collected by you from your authorised person or company (Accept Consultation Charges. At all times and under all circumstances, “Charter For Sure” will total liability to you for any and all claims, causes of action, losses, injuries, demands, judgments, costs, liabilities, or damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action or legal theory, shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the consultation fees paid to and collected by Charter for Sure from you, or Rupees 5000/-, whichever is less. In no event shall Charter

For Charter For Sure be liable to you for any indirect, special, exemplary, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits and purchase of new airline tickets.

Refund Policy For Passport & Visa Services, You understand and accept that for each passport submission & Visa approval submission during the completion of the Government or Concerned Authority’s online service order form, the Charter For Sure will secure a passport reservation and Visa approval information and provide details to the traveler/Customer regarding the date of the passport reservation, Visa submission process, where to send application materials and a detailed checklist of items required for submission

 

 

You will have 2 days’ time from the date of placing an order of Visa services or Passport services with “Charter For Sure” to cancel for a refund, However a Consultation and processing fee will be charged by the customer/ traveler.

 

 In case of order place by the customer / traveler less than 25 days then rest amount will be only return(If Any),After deduction of actual expenses and consultation fees. If you either (i) do not present your application materials to the Charter For Sure’s office for processing on the first business day immediately preceding your scheduled passport reservation date, or, (ii) attempt to cancel a passport reservation more than 24 hours after the date or purchase, you will be held responsible for the full amount of the Charter for Sure service fees, with no refunds granted for these services. However; any cancelled order not entitled to a refund will remain active for a period of exactly one (1) month from the date your order was placed with Charter For Sure so that any consultation fees charged may be applied to future services with the Charter For Sure during this one (1) month time frame. Please Note that once we paid the fees to government for any passport or Visa Services then 100% paid money will be non-refundable.

By agreeing to the terms herein, refunds shall not be granted for events that are beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to: travel cancellations, delays or any other itinerary changes, intentional or otherwise, lost or stolen tickets, and travel document procurement difficulties including incomplete or inaccurate required filing information.  Furthermore, by agreeing to the terms herein, you understand that no refunds will be issued for services that have been completed in their entirety by the Company, including but not limited to document processing and shipping expenses.

  • Any changes you may choose to make during your tour | Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks.

  • The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
  • Accommodation will be provided as per mentioned in the itinerary or the similar hotels will be provided in case of non-availability
  • The confirmation is subjects to availability.
  • AC will not work in Hill Stations
  • Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.  
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress and the same will be provided on Extra charge basis.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation receipt. 
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it may applicable on case to case basis.
  • We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost will be applicable on the booked package. The additional cost which will be bared by the client.

Terms for Trip Confirmation:-

 

  • The customer will be required to deposit 50 % advance of total trip cost in Charter for sure account to confirm your trip. Rest amount can be paid before a week of trip.
  • Bike transportation or any extra transfers used by the customer during the tour will be charged extra to the client
  • Cost and consequences arising due to any force majeure situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, flight delays / cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the customer.
  • All bookings & confirmations are subject to availability of accommodation in specified hotels.

Trip cancellation & refund policy

  • Every booking made on Charter for sure is subject to cancellation charges as per the tour operator policy including service charges.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific tour operator policy. There will no refund in such cases.
  • In case of any kind of delay in refund / Non Payment by the operator, Charter for sure not be liable for the same. Client can directly contact to the tour operator for refund.
  • No refund shall be made for all “On the spot paid” arrangements i.e. hotel/ camps, transport. No refunds for Detention charges.

Theft

  • Customer should take care of their personal belonging and must be protected by themself. Charter for sure will be not responsible for any theft or loss.

 

Child Policy

  • Less than 5 year of age for stay of the child is complementary (Extra Bed will be Charged as per resort Policy)

 

Complaint


If you have a problem of  e-ticketing, holiday, during tours, our booking products etc. please inform the handling agents our representative immediately who will endeavor to put things right. If you resolved locally, please follow this up after your return to home by writing to us, giving your tour details as all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we happy to assist you in your redressed of your complaint. Amendments

  • If you wish to amend/change the booking, you have to inform us in writing. Amendment in any booking will be treated as a new booking and is subject to the availability at that time and will cost additional. This additional cost will be borne by the customer/Client.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on additional payment of 15% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

Online Booking

 

  • All online payments that will done for any of the available services offer booked on Charterforsure.in or through booking Office are secure. ‘Charter for Sure’ does not store the credit/debit or any other payment card details of any customer in the database or in any data backup system. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred directly to the bank website. The card details are captured and used on the bank website and not in the records of “Charter for Sure”. ‘Charter for sure’ takes no responsibility, in case of any misuse of credit card/Debit card/Master Card or any mode of payment by whomsoever.

No refund for unutilised services

  • Please note that there will be no refund or compensation provided for unutilized services. If you failed to avail any services what so ever the reason, Charter for sure will not provide any refund or any alternates as the compensation of unutilised services.

  • Children below 6 Years are complimentary, and are not allowed for Trekking

 

  • Children 6 Years to 10 Years are charged and are not allowed for trekking.

 

  • Children 11 years and above are charged as adults

 

  • Single Person in Single Camp/Cottage will be charged 85% of couple’s package.

Amendments

  • If you wish to amend/change the booking, you have to inform us in writing. Amendment in any booking will be treated as a new booking and is subject to the availability at that time and will cost additional. This additional cost will be borne by the customer/Client.

 

Complaint


  • If you have a problem of e-ticketing, holiday, during tours, our booking products etc. please inform the handling agents our representative immediately who will endeavor to put things right. If you resolved locally, please follow this up after your return to home by writing to us, giving your tour details as all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we happy to assist you in your redressed of your complaint. If nay, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.

 

Online Booking

 

  • All online payments that will done for any of the available services offer booked on Charterforsure.in or through booking Office are secure. ‘Charter for Sure’ does not store the credit/debit or any other payment card details of any customer in the database or in any data backup system. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred directly to the bank website. The card details are captured and used on the bank website and not in the records of “Charter for Sure”. ‘Charter for sure’ takes no responsibility, in case of any misuse of credit card/Debit card/Master Card or any mode of payment by whomsoever.

 

Theft

  • Customer should take care of their personal belonging and must be protected by themself. Charter for sure will be not responsible for any theft or loss.

 

Cancellation Terms: –

 

  • More than 30 days prior to commencement of program 15% of total booking amount including service charge.

 

  • 15-30 days prior to commencement of program 25% of total booking amount including service charge.

                      

  • 8-14 days prior to commencement of program 60% of total booking amount including service charge.

 

  • Less than 8 days to commencement of or during the program 100% of total booking amount.

 

  • Every booking made on Charter for sure is subject to cancellation charges charged by tour operator policy including service charge.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific tour operator policy. There will no refund in such cases.
  • In case of any kind of delay in refund / Non Payment by the, Charter for sure not be liable for the same. Client can directly contact to the helicopter operator for refund.
  • No refund shall be made for all on the spot paid arrangements i.e. hotel/ camps, transport including detention charges.

 

Insurance

 

  • Neither charter for sure nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy performance, Services, timeliness completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website or other promotion source which relates to the “charter for Sure” for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator.

 

  • Limitation of Liability / Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the tour Operator or the customer to maintain liability insurance coverage. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator. In the unfortunate event of death to a passenger, or any badly injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the all liability will be come on the tour operator or the customer who will use this trip. Charter for sure has advised to take “Charter For Sure” services after accept this condition.

Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

 

All bookings will be confirmed only when the Charter For Sure has received 100% of the booking amount

Clients will have to fill the indemnity and sign or confirm us through email before the Yacht booking /charter starts.

Carrying or Consumption of Alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited

Availability for the departure slots to be confirmed after confirming the client and booking the same.

Carrying of High resolution DSLR cameras are not allowed due to security reasons in Mumbai/Goa harbor.

Charter For Sure has reserved all rights to cancel the bookings due to natural calamity or any such VIP visit in area around for which prior notice may be given or not by the authority. In such cases we will reschedule the booking.

Charter For Sure has given a unique name or identity code to all offered yachts to the Customer for customer’s convenient.The real yacht name may vary from the given unique name.

 

The Client Agrees and Declares:

  • To send the complete Passenger list, with the full name, address, date and place of birth, citizenship, and the type and number of valid identification document.

 

  • To enjoy a ride in a safe, responsible manner, and never under the influence of alcohol or narcotics during onboard or Yacht ride.

 

  • To never leave port or ask for anchorage if the yacht or its equipment essential to the safety of navigation is not functional;

 

  • To limit the number of people on board to not more than the designated number for that type of the Yacht, as well as to ensure only people on the crew list are allowed on board;

 

  • Agreed to cancel the Charter booking if any passenger violated applicable law and/or regulations of the Republic of India; Charter For Sure takes over the authority to cancel the charter with immediate effect .Customer remains “No Rights” for any compensation. Charter For Sure will not be liable for any violation of the law or regulations committed by the Customer or any person who will be on board the Client assumes full responsibility.

 

  • To accept financial responsibility for any liability Charter For Sure may have towards third parties and which is due to the Client’s, or the charter party’s negligence or omission;

 

  • To accept the full financial responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or omission by passenger, which is not covered by the insurance and for which client is liable to third party;

 

 

  • Pets (cats, dogs, etc.) are not allowed on board unless previously agreed with Charter For Sure. Animals are not allowed on board without the prior Permission;

 

  • To accept responsibility for all actions or omissions of passengers on board according to registered passenger list, as well as any other persons not registered but allowed on board by the Client and Charter For Sure.

 

Booking policy- For The Booking of Yacht you can Visit at Charter For sure booking’s Office and make your booking done or you can confirm your yacht booking through your registered email .The details of yacht charters will be sent to you on your provided email/Whatsapp number. You can also collect a hard copy from Charter For Sure Office. If there are any significant changes to the price or any other arrangements, you can ask  at the time of booking; once you have booked your yacht, this is not guarantee to the changes can be done according to your requirement. However we will do our best to do the changes as per your request.

A booking deposit of 20% of the agreed total price is required to confirm your booking. On receipt of that deposit – which is non-refundable – we will reserve the yacht in your name for the agreed timeline of balance payment

The 80% balance of the agreed total charter price must be received by us no later than 45 days before the agreed start date of the charter.

The balance plus the security deposit must be paid a minimum of 45 days prior to the start of the charter. All cheques must clear through the bank prior to the commencement of the charter.

Payment is requested by cheque, cash or direct bank transfer. A security deposit, (not to be confused with the booking deposit), by way of a separate cheque for Rs.10,000/ upto 50000,depends on types of yacht (Must be sent at the same time as the balance of payment. This cheque will not be cashed unless damage occurs, and will be returned after the end of the charter, unless loss or damage occurs. Cheque will be handover to the customer within a week after completion of charter.

Security Deposit– The Security Deposit will not normally be cashed during the charter and will be returned to the Charter at yacht base where the end of charter in a satisfactory condition. The deposit, or part of it, will be retained to cover:

  • Damage to the yacht or its equipment.
  • Items missing from the inventory.
  • Cleaning charges or fuel.
  • Any liability to third parties, or uninsured losses incurred by Charter For Sure.

Return Policy- At the time of returning the yacht, the items on the inventory list will be checked and charges will be applicable for any damage or misplacement of items. Otherwise the total security deposit shall be returned to the client within a week time.

If the Client wishes to extend the stay on board must notify the Charter for Sure team thereof in order to check out the further availability of the yacht for charter and to obtain the necessary documentation.

 

Cancellation Terms– Any change in dates, destination or yacht type is a cancellation. All changes to booking after confirmation are subject to Rs 2,000/- administration fee. If any scheduled payment by the client has not been received by the payment due date, The Charter For Sure reserves the right to cancel a charter and retain all deposits and fees paid to date.

In the event of the Client’s cancellation of the booked Yacht due to any reason whatsoever, he/she shall be obliged to notify The Charter For Sure thereof in writing, and in respect, he/she shall be charged for amend as follows:

  • Up to 50% of the full Charter cost/Billing Cost if the cancellation has been done up to 45 calendar days prior to the date of yacht Charter/yachting.
  • Up to 100% of the full Chartercost/Billing Cost if the cancellation has been done less than 30 calendar days prior to the starting date on date of Yacht charter /yachting.
  • Up to 20% of the full charter Cost/Billing Cost if Charter For Sure has managed to find another client for the cancelled period.
  • Maintaining information as a reference tool or general resource.
  • The date of the receipt of the cancellation notice in writing shall be the basis for the settlement of the stated cancellation charges.

 

Other Terms-Yacht charter booking arrangements are made by Charter For Sure, Charter For Sure, works as service Provider on behalf of charter yacht owners / Yacht operator / travel providers In paying your deposit you are deemed to have read and accepted the all terms and conditions which is mentioned here.

Client/Customer hereby accepted all terms and condition of Charter For Sure ,as well as standard term & conditions of Yacht Owner / Yacht Operator or Travel provider. Client/customer is agreed with these all terms and conditions before book any yacht with charter for sure.

Client fully accepts all risks connected with the Yacht charter, and all possible damages which can arise to the Client and/or crew members due to Yacht use. In particular, Client accepts the sole responsibility for the Yacht use, and waives each and every responsibility of Company, including in situations such as possible accidents and injuries of the Client and/or crew members, regardless of the reason of their occurrence, as well as any possible damages on the Client’s and/or crew members’ personal belongings, as well as the situations when the belongings are missing or lost, either during the Yacht charter or after the Yacht check-out.

Limitation of Liability / Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the Operator or Yacht Owner/Yacht Company to maintain liability insurance coverage. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator. In the unfortunate event of death to a passenger, or any bodily injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the all  liability will be come on the Yacht owned Operator/Company/owner. Customer is very well accepted this condition and will be not liable to charge any claim to Charter For Sure.

Charter For Sure cannot be held responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as Bad Weather, Poor Visibility, and Non – Availability of clearances from Appropriate Authority / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration. Due to above reasons, if the yacht departure cannot mature from the Origin port, full amount will be refunded (except Yacht Activation charges which would have been incurred). Charter For Sure will not be liable to the Client for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations in connection with the provision of the Services where any such delay or failure is caused in whole or in part by any act of terrorism, biological or chemical contamination, nuclear risks or electronic data loss, or to the extent that any such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riots, strikes.

TERMS & CONDITION

In these Terms, “Services” means any one or more of the following services provided by charter for sure :

issuing or otherwise making available (whether in hard copy, soft copy or online) the applications forms (“Application Forms”) specified by the High Commission of India / Consulate General of India (collectively referred to as “HCI”) in respect of an Indian passport, Indian visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (“OCI”), Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) or Indian Driver’s License Verification (IDLV) Receiving completed Application Forms and supporting documents. Accepting the fees on behalf of the government which are payable to the government in respect of an application for the consular service applied for. Forwarding completed Application Forms, supporting documents and application fees to the government. If an application is determined by the government  to be successful, sending all documents , together with the supporting documents provided with the completed Application Form, making those things available for collection.

Rights of the Charter for sure  

You acknowledge and agree that:

Charter for sure has the sole and absolute discretion to either accept or refuse your application for any reason. Charter for sure acts solely as an outsourced service provider to the government in respect of your application and the Services. The time taken by charter for sure to make the decisions referred above, or any other decisions in connection with your application, are entirely outside the control of government.

Courier Service and Third Parties
If any third party provides any services to you in connection with your application and/or the Services (including, for example, photographic services in connection with your application), such services will be supplied to you on the terms and conditions specified by the relevant third party service provider. 
If you send your documents via courier or third party then if your document had been Loss/Damage/Theft , charter for sure won’t be responsible for the same.

Cancellation of Order

In case the customer cancels the service of document attestation any time during the attestation process, charter for sure will have the right to forfeit the costs incurred at the point of cancellation and a proportionate service charge. If the attestation process has completed at the time of cancellation, charter for sure  reserve the right to forfeit the full payment.

Missing / Damaged Documents

In case any document is damaged or lost directly via you, charter for sure  will not  bear the actual cost of recovering a duplicate copy which shall be obtained after submitting relevant documents. Charter for sure will not bear the responsibility of compensating the fees incurred directly from this incident and not for indirect/collateral expenses.
The documents are sent to the relevant departments to be handled and are transferred to many officials. Any damages occurring to documents whilst under process with the government departments are beyond the scope of security promised by us and will not be our responsibility.

Payment mode

The first payment is to made to us for  the detention charges which is not refundable at any cost either the document attestation is completed or not even If you cancelled the attestation in between the process or at end of the attestation process.

The second payment is to be made to government for its charges which is to be refundable by government policy. Charter for sure will not responsible for the fees made to government and it had been forfeited by government.

Terms and Conditions for Ship Tours

 

Our Efforts- We makes every effort to provide you with the best services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times. We strive for your complete satisfaction to provide a safe and secure journey to the best of our ability without any misunderstandings between the ship tour escorts, Charter For Sure and you at any time. You are required to read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned below before make any ship tour booking through Charter For Sure.

Important- We require the requested information within the stipulated timelines, in order to enable us to seek the necessary booking process for ship tickets booking.

“Charter For Sure “will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for passengers travelling without the relevant travel documents and/or, carrying any contraband items and/or, involved/indulging in any illegal activities.

Booking Policy

Tour will be booked subject to availability of Seats.

100% of total cost should be deposit at the time booking.

Customer should provide ID copy and all details of the traveler at the time of booking. 

Non-Indians should forward their Passport copy and Valid Indian Tourist Visa.

The total package tariff (subject to revision, without notice) shall include transportation from Cochin / Goa / Mumbai / Kolkata / Vizag by Cruise, embarkation/ disembarkation charges, port charges, food, accommodation, sightseeing, detonation charges wherever applicable.

LUGGAGE

For safety reasons, and for the comfort of passengers, we have to restrict the amount and type of luggage, including pushchairs and shopping trolleys, which you can take with you on our services. You may, at the discretion of the crew, take with you the following items, provided they do not obstruct access to safety and lifesaving equipment, gangways, stairs or passageways and are not put on seats:

For safety reasons, and for the comfort of passengers, only small hand luggage items are allowed in ship at the discretion of staff, and entirely at your own risk, larger items may be left on shore for collection at the end of your journey.

Passenger is not allowed to carry alcohol in hand baggage and luggage from Mumbai / GOA/ Cochin/ VIZAG/ Kolkata/ Cochin.

You may not take on board any hazardous or inflammatory substances.

Passengers are entitled to carry checked baggage with a weight of up to 20 kg.

HEALTH & SAFETY

For your own safety and the safety of others, you must follow instructions given by our crew when embarking / disembarking or on board any of our vessels. Instructions or advice contained in on-board safety notices should be followed.

For safety reasons you must not smokes (except in designated smoking areas) on our vessels or any facilities controlled or used by us.

Passengers should consider themselves to be sufficiently medically fit to undertake any journey for which they have a ticket. If there is any doubt potential passengers should seek medical advice before booking.

Insurance:

“Charter for Sure” not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

LIABILITY & LIMITATION

“Charter for Sure” not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to any persons or their possessions whilst embarking or disembarking from the Ship or during the voyage unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the crew on board the Ship.

Passengers are advised to limit valuables and property brought on board to that which they can safely carry. All personal property is the passenger’s responsibility and must be kept with them at all times.

Charter for Sure not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever including loss of profit.

Our liability for death or personal injury or loss of or damage to luggage and valuables arising from our negligence shall be limited in accordance with its terms.

We reserve the right, when necessary and without notice, to alter timetables or re-route Ship for reason of safety or to stop them visiting a pier. Although any such action will be exceptional, we do not guarantee to operate any services in accordance with published schedules, or at all.

 

REPLACEMENT TICKETS, REFUNDS, AND COMPENSATION

  • If your ticket is lost, damaged or can no longer be read, we may, at our discretion, replace it with booking charge of charge, provided we can confirm that it is valid. In order to verify your purchase we will need your booking reference which is contained in your confirmation email and shown on the original ticket page. Please note that it is not possible to verify your ticket purchase with your credit or debit card reference because this does not contain the details of the ticket(s) purchased.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss resulting from our failure to provide an advertised service, or where delay occurs to those services, for any reason. We may, however, at our discretion, consider a refund on any ticket which is unused or only partially used as a direct result of a failure on our part to provide the advertised service for which the ticket was purchased.
  • Any refunds agreed will be made entirely at our discretion and without prejudice.

RESCHEDULING

  • Tickets can be rescheduled with extra charges excluding the day of travel (Monday to Sunday, prior to 11:00) Bookings made for less than 03 people can be amended as long as five clear working days’ notice is given. However it will be only possible with some conditions which you may asked at the time of booking.
  • Any bookings made for 05 (Five) to 20 (Twenty) people can be amended provided at least eighteen clear working days’ notice is given.
  • Bookings for 21(Twenty one) to 50 (Fifty) people can be amended provided at least thirty clear working days notice is given. An INR 1800 administration fee per person will be levied for any such rescheduling.

SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS

Special event tickets such as New Years, Deewali or Holidays will have different cancellation periods to that of standard experiences. Such details will be made known at the time of booking.

Note-All Ships Booking, Prices, scheduling, cancellation policy and term and conditions may vary according to destinations or it can be change without any prior notification. Customer has advised to re check for the same with Charter for sure before any booking.

Complaint-If you have a problem of  e-ticketing, holiday, during tours, our booking products etc. please inform the handling agents our representative immediately who will endeavor to put things right. If you resolved locally, please follow this up after your return to home by writing to us, giving your tour details as all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we happy to assist you in your redressed of your complaint. If nay, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.

Amendments

If you wish to amend/change the booking, you have to inform us in writing. Amendment in any booking will be treated as a new booking and is subject to the availability at that time and will cost additional. This additional cost will be borne by the customer/Client.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on additional payment of 15% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability. 

Online Booking

All online payments that will done for any of the available services offer booked on www.Charterforsure.in or through booking Office are secure. ‘Charter for Sure’ does not store the credit/debit or any other payment card details of any customer in the database or in any data backup system. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred directly to the bank website. The card details are captured and used on the bank website and not in the records of “Charter for Sure”. ‘Charter for sure’ takes no responsibility, in case of any misuse of credit card/Debit card/Master Card or any mode of payment by whomsoever.

No refund for unutilized services

Please note that there will be no refund or compensation provided for unutilized services. If you failed to avail any services what so ever the reason, Charter for sure will not provide any refund or any alternates as the compensation of unutilized services.

Neither charter for sure  nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy performance, Services, timeliness completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website or other promotion source which relates to the “charter for Sure” for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator

Limitation of Liability / Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the tour Operator or the customer to maintain liability insurance coverage. “Charter For Sure” is only working as a booking agent and Charter For Sure is not liable for any claims arising in connection with the services of the Operator. In the unfortunate event of death to a passenger, or any badly injury or wound suffered by a passenger which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties/business occupation, the all liability will be come on the tour operator or the customer who will use this trip. Charter for sure has advised to take “Charter For Sure” services after accept this condition
